Sky is always calm, quiet Presence is always the Stillness for the movements coming and going
so Sky, or Presence, is not a state, positive or not, Sky, or Presence, is simply always Itself and does not change with the changes

by moving within to the Presence, one is gifted the tranquility of Presence
this becomes felt as a subtle sense sometimes becoming pronounced and quickly receding to its more natural abode
and this quietness of being is not merely outside as though one is tempered simply by placing oneself in a quiet place
a person distracted and noisy within will be so even hiding alone deep in a cave
the solitude of the cave will only heighten the unrest and urge one to flee back into outer cacophony
(those of quiet are drawn to quiet those of disquiet are drawn to disquiet)
yet
quiet outside encourages quiet inside while quiet inside encourages quiet outside
quiet places cultivate quietness quietness cultivates quiet places
